We send every myduke™ order via registered express mail with Australia Post. That means you should get your vapes within 1-5 business days (pending our doctor’s approval, and depending where you live, of course). This doesn’t include pharmacy processing times.
You’ll get a tracking number with every order, too, so you can follow it in real time.
Since we’re relying on Australia Post, we can’t be responsible for any delays or problems in-transit, sorry. You can always grab postal insurance, to protect from any loss or damage.
If you get the wrong product, or your vapes are faulty, then of course we’ll provide a replacement or refund. No problem at all. Unfortunately, because our vaping products are defined as Schedule 4 Prescription Only Medicine, My Duke Pharmacy can’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. It’s a bummer, but that’s just how it is.
